Learning to be a church without walls!

What does it mean to be a “church without walls”? The Elders have been meeting to think through what our next small steps are as a church family in light of the pandemic and unrest in our country. We want to be faithful to the Lord in holding out the hope of the gospel and in growing people deep in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to honor our government leaders and yet hold fast to God’s Word and the importance of gathering together. As we pray through the Fall ministry needs, Sunday morning worship, and the COVID restriction, we value you praying with us and for us as well! We want to be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit in every way and trust the Lord for His faithful work in and through EFCB. We may not all be able to gather together in our building, but the church has never been bound by 4 walls. God’s family should always operate as a “church without walls” - loving God and loving people! Be encouraged. Don’t yield spiritual ground. Hold fast to the Word of God. Don’t forsake gathering together with other believers.
